Beauty of Life
In my selfie collage, i am trying to convey that I am a happy person with many joys in life. The first layer, is something that I love, books, when all else fails in life, my books are there to save me. I love reading, and usually spend most of my free time reading. The next layer is a bubble, which to me shows that I love fun things, the blue sky shows that I love the color blue. The next layers the lights of the city of Vancouver. That photo was taken in Stanley Park, I spend every summer there with my cousins. Its such a big part of my life. The rainbow in the next layer shows that I find joy in every gray and boring thing that comes my way. The neighborhood in that picture is where I grew up and its very important to me. The last layer is a beach picture taken at Harrison Hot Springs, where good memories with family is stored. |
Where I'm Going
I feel like I improved so much from my selfie collage. In my selfie collage, my cuts with the lasso tool was pretty messy, but now for my double exposure its much cleaner and precise. In the beginning, in my selfie, I actually had no clue on what I was doing, but now, when I make a mistake, I know exactly what's going on. In my double exposure, the photo looks more professionally done. My selfie looks to busy with so much going on, my double exposure on the other hand is simple but feels complicated. This picture shows the places I'm going. A railroad takes you places, and I'm following my railroad on where it takes me, I'm up front so i'm steering, so I'm steering where I go. This photo was taken at the arb, where I love taking pictures and visiting because theres so much to explore there. |
